I have stayed at 19 Bursar Street a few times and it always meets my basic needs. the location is convenient, close to the promenade and shops, making it easy to explore the town and beach. the room is equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and sink, but unfortunately, we had trouble with the safe lock on one occasion. We had to find alternative accommodation for the night, which was an added expense and inconvenience. Despite reaching out via email, we did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Overall, 19 Bursar Street offers a decent value proposition for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option close to amenities. However, the lack of customer service and maintenance issues detract from the overall experience. As someone who values reliable and responsive accommodation, I may reconsider staying here in the future.
